I love the presentation of your announcement Mark - looking forward to seeing what is going to emerge from the pile of rubble you are busily excavating.
Hi Mark, I am looking forward to see what is in store for us. These unique and amusing graphics tell us that whatever lies in store will not abandon the usual Ruffner trademarks--cleverness, quality design, and your unique touch. --Jim
Thank you for that compliment, which makes my day a more happy one. I think there's a part of every artist that wants to please other people (or at least get a reaction!), and certainly that's true of bloggers.
Dear Mark, Oh no! I don't like changes. I have so enjoyed following you in the last 3 1/2 years. The good news is that you are going to follow up with new surprises and I can't wait to see what is in store for us. I know that whatever you have decided to do it will be classic in style and superior in design.
Dear smr — Thanks for that; I'll try not to disappoint. Thanks also for the link you sent me. I believe that I saw the same exhibition here in St. Petersburg when we had a splendid international museum. I remember some of the fame artifacts, including that bold checkerboard robe. It was a great show, in fact I took asketchbook with me and captured what I could!

ReplyDeleteDear Rosemary,
DeleteI had fun with that header, and I can vouch that the design of the bulldozer is pretty accurate. Stay tuned!

DeleteDon't worry, it's going to be a lot of fun, and you'll welcome the change. (And thanks for that last sentence!)

ReplyDeleteI certainly hope so! :o)
DeleteIf you're using a bulldozer, it must be groundbreaking!
ReplyDeleteHi, Steve! That's what I'm counting on, but I'll let you be the judge.
DeleteDon't be a tease now :) Looking forward......
ReplyDeleteDear Loi,
DeleteYou're talking to a former advertising man. We love teasers!
Your header says it all. Can't wait to see what you're up to and I echo the sentiments of Gina and Parnassus.
ReplyDeleteThank you barbel1! The wait won't be too long.
DeleteI bet you come up with something exciting ..looking forward to it
